Overview
Raw land almost never shows up ready to build on. Brush, saplings, stumps, boulders and old fence lines all have to come out — cleanly, without tearing up the parts of the property you want to keep.
We clear building lots, driveway paths, hydro corridors, waterfront access and pasture reclamation projects across Eastern Ontario. Timber can be piled for firewood, chipped, or hauled off — your call.
Brush clearing and roadside mulching is a big part of what we do. Our skid-steer mulcher shreds standing brush, saplings and small trees right where they stand — leaving a clean layer of mulch on the ground that slows regrowth, helps hold the soil in place, and lets you see and use the land the same day. That makes it the go-to for roadside and ditch maintenance, utility and pipeline corridors, fence-line clearing, sight-line openings at driveways and intersections, and overgrown pasture reclamation.
Where stumps, large timber or rock are in the way, we bring in the mini excavator with a gripping thumb attachment to pull them out below ground level. For everything else — grading the cleared surface, hauling off material, or prepping the ground for build — the skid steer and hand crew finish the job without leaving a mess.
