Scope of Work
Removed a collapsed 15-inch steel drainage pipe under the driveway entrance and installed a new 18-inch plastic culvert, sized for the amount of water this property actually sheds, then rebuilt and re-levelled the driveway over top.
The Challenge
Original culvert was undersized and rusted through — spring runoff was backing up onto the county road. Municipality had issued a compliance notice.
The Outcome
The new culvert handles peak spring runoff with room to spare, the driveway entrance is back to a smooth, level surface, and the notice from the municipality was cleared the same week.
